Cufflinks Sales Terms & Conditions of Sale:
New Account Applications
Cufflink Sales is a Wholesale online store solely for the use of Retail and Trade accounts. Trade visitors are welcome to sign up online to browse or purchase, although no order will be released until supporting data has been supplied from the customer to confirm a business ID. This process is to protect the integrity of our site and to ensure no private sales. The management retains the right to approve or decline any account without explanation. Any order which is identified as private or else fails to present proof will be paused and refunded.
Minimum Order Spend
As a wholesale business we request from all clients a minimum net spend of £50, this price level excludes VAT & Delivery costs. Should you need assistance on a spot basis please contact the sales team who will discuss this with you to make a decision. Our product is sold at very competitive rates and a level of minimum spend is required to support our operating costs. Orders received below this level will be refunded to the client.
Delivery & Stock Availability
All items shown have bulk stock and are ready for delivery. Should you have a large enquiry for one particular design please feel free to contact our sales team to ensure we can service your requirement. Should any item be out of stock the item will be removed from our web pages while we await new stock. For delivery all orders placed between Monday-Friday before noon will be sent same day for delivery in the UK next day including Saturdays. For export orders we will send the goods through express courier or Royal Mail International service depending on the client & size of order.
Prices & VAT
Product is displayed exclusive of VAT. We supply a formal Invoice with each order confirming product, VAT & shipping costs with our company details. VAT is applied to all EU trade export orders, we are able to Nil rate VAT subject to the supply of your company details and VAT number for approval by HMRC. Export orders to the rest of the world and exempt from UK VAT Tax. APS Cufflinks reserves the right to amend quoted prices and specification with out prior notice. All products are sold subject to confirmation.
Catalogue & Images
We offer no printed catalogue as the collection is hosted online for customer convenience, should you wish to have a copy of our images for file or internet display please make this request online with your order. All Images are supplied in 300 & 150 Jpeg pixel formats. The images are supplied under license, should you no longer wish to participate with us please remove any images from your store. The collection continues to expand every quarter please access new products on the home page to view these designs.
Payment Terms
No order is released until payment has been received for the goods. Our primary method of payment is online with either a credit or debit card. We also offer a function online for cash payment / bank transfer. Should you decide to use this function you are able to confirm an online order, once payment has been received your goods will be sent via courier. Please allow 5 working days for BACS payments.
Returns & Product Warranty
Goods shall be at the risk of the customer from the day of delivery. For any discrepancies in delivery or product defect the client has 3 days from receipt of goods to confirm any problem in writing to our office. We offer product warranty on all items supplied with a period of 12 weeks coverage. No goods can be returned for refund once accepted. Once an order has been received for bespoke & engraving designs, no cancellation can be accepted and subsequent refund offered.
Packaging
All items are supplied boxed brand free, the packaging is reflected upon the design purchased. Should you desire no boxes and have the product supplied in poly bag please confirm this in the comment box when placing your order.
Conditions of Sale
APS Cufflinks confirms that the buyer is bound by the general conditions of sale and delivery through the subscription of any purchase order online. Any purported variation of these conditions shall only be valied if evidenced in writing under the hand of the duty authorized signatory of the vendor.
