Terms & Conditions

With any application to purchase from us all customers and organizations will agree to our terms & conditions of sale.

In these conditions “the company” means APS Cufflinks Limited, and “the customer” means the person or organization to which this document is addressed. “Contract” shall mean any contract for the supply of goods by the Company to the Customer.

These conditions shall form the basis of the contract between the company and the customer, to the exclusion of any conditions to the contrary in the customer’s standard conditions of purchase.

No notice of cancellation of an order or contract shall be valid unless given in writing by the customer to the company. Once the written notice of cancellation is received the company reserves the right to levy a cancellation charge up to 100% of the amount on the contract.

The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the delay in the performance of any of its obligations hereunder where the same is occasioned by any cause what so ever that is beyond the company’s control including, but not limited to, an Act of God, war, civil disturbance, requisitioning, government or parliamentary restrictions, prohibitions or enactments of any kind.

The company will use its best endeavors to dispatch the goods in accordance with agreed dates, but shall not be liable for failure to dispatch on the specified date(s). If dispatch or delivery is delayed by strikes, lockouts, accidents, difficulties in obtaining stock, or any other cause beyond reasonable control of the company, a reasonable extension of time for dispatch or delivery shall be granted.

In the unlikely event of backorders the customer will be alerted via email or phone, with back orders being marked on both delivery and invoice paperwork.

Any damage and/or shortage in delivery must be notified in writing to the company within five working days of delivery for consideration. The company offers replacement or refund on any damaged or missing stock.

As a trade site we do not accept returns on catalogue items unless the items are found to be damaged or sold out of specification.

Prices are shown in £ sterling and subject to VAT for all UK sales. All goods supplied for export outside the UK are invoiced free of local tax. Our goods are also available in prices of US dollars & Euro.

All payments are processed via our site with any standard credit or debit card. Proforma invoices are available for custom or bespoke work.

Artwork held on our site is copyright and released only with permission from the company directors.
